Need someone to help monetize my site better

My site gets about 17-18m impressions a month.

I need someone to manage the advertisement section of my site.

someone experienced with CPM, CPC, Contextual advertisement, phpAdsNew, etc.

you should also be decent with PHP to implement some scripts for ad rotation, etc.

We can discuss a flat payment or percentage.

BTW I am signed up with Tribal Fusion, CPX, Azoogle, AdBrite, Clicksor, pending YPN, banned from Google (long story).

I installed OpenAds.. anyone here that respond serious? i got tons of responses then no one bothers to respond back when i take my time to respond to them..
