Need someone to help me making a popup ad for my site

    I need someone to make an ad for my site. I already have the ad made, but I want it combined with some javascript (which I will give you below) to give it a cookie and slide function.

    I already have the js code in an example so you wouldn't have to write it.

    The first guy who was doing this didn't complete it, so I am getting someone else to try again for me.
