I want to make a torrent forum, but for legal files only no copyrighted stuff. I came across vbitty and IPBtracker. If you can tell me the difference that would be nice. But I think I might just go with vbitty on vbulletin. But I have no idea how to install it. I am looking for someone to help me install it, and also show me how to run my own private torrent tracker forum. Just give me a quote, thanks.
