need someone to help me fix a W3C error

    i got a w3c validation error and desperately need somebody to help me solve it, please!

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ',', expecting ')' in /home/user/public_html/mywebsite/includes/fonctions.php(100) : eval()'d code on line 1

    This error means that you have added , following by ). Remove it ( , ) and this error should disappear ;)

    this is the number 100 line:

    eval("define({$val['param']},\"{$val['value']}\");");

    eval("define({$val['param']},{$val['value']});");
