Need Someone To Get My Header Working

    ok guys i have a really awesome header i just had made, but problem is when i uplaod to site it shrinks it to a tiny size. www.iptourneys.com is my site, where it says hyperion now thats the size my header shows up as instead of whole site.

    should be a easy fix for some one. thinking maybe 5 bucks or so and looking to get it done tonight.
