Need someone to further site development/marketing

    I own ourregisteredagent.com. It is a registered agent service website. It's also intended to provide other services such as incorporations, dissolutions, corporate kits, etc. A registered agent is required in most states for corporations and L.L.C.'s. A registered agent receives on behalf of a client important documents such as tax forms and legal service.

    I have already worked out a network of registered agents. All that information is already in the system and given to the customer upon payment. I have one or more service companies that would provide the other services. The system is setup right now for Paypal payments, although it will also support standard visa/mastercard through a merchant account as well (when I/someone gets a chance to incorporate it).

    In addition, I have a few more domains that point to the site. Those domains are likely to pull in specific business from busier markets based on search popularity.

    I started the site about 10 months ago and developed it from the ground up. Inside, it's actually quite advanced. It handles most tasks automatically.

    With my other businesses and other obligations, however, I don't have a lot of time to work on it. In addition, I can see it being quite time/$$ intensive to get into the top rankings of search engines.

    What I am looking for from someone here:

    1) Someone who can take charge of the site and run with it;

    2) Someone who has some technical skills (php/html at a minimum) in order to further develop the site;

    3) Someone who can market the site and get it into the search engines so that it can compete;

    If interested:

    1) PM me;

    2) Be prepared to write something up that gives me an idea specifically how you plan to further the site including how much time you can devote;

    3) Let me know what type of % or arrangement you would be interested in;

    Feel free to setup an account on there. If you are really interested, I can give you access to see the account management portion of the system.

    The site has a lot of potential in what is a very big industry.

    Thank You,

    David Beyer
