Need someone to fix some validation and IE problems

    See "Shooting Games Online" in my signature.

    That site has some problems to be validated transitional in http://validator.w3.org...some issues in its home page and other kind of issues in any of its internal pages.

    Also the two 250x250 top adsense units can not be seen properly without an scrolling bar in all pages when browsing in IE (I do not want the scroll there and want to see it just like in Firefox).

    So the job would be basically to fix the HOME and ONE Internal Page.
