Need Someone to Fix Some HTML Layout

    Needed
    Someone to finish what I started. I am taking an existing site and seperating out the header, surround, and background into a seperate div. It looks 95% correct except the corners are not rounded like the original site.

    I just need someone to finish off the HTML code/CSS.

    Payment
    $10 via Paypal once verified its correct (Will only take me a few minutes to verify it

    First person to say they want the work in the thread will be used. Provide your email via PM and I will send my source files/images to you (Only about 70 lines of actual HTML and 70 of CSS) as well as the site I am trying to copy.
