need someone to fix EMBED

Hello, I have a webiste manipurtv.net and my EMBED is not working, so can anyone fix it, and please let me know how much it will charge you

 

page renders + video loads for me just fine on Chrome

like when i get embed a video from youtube on my website . we post the embed <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/MSD-bfNkbPM?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/MSD-bfNkbPM?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object> and we can see the video on a webiste which is from youtube , same like i cannot embed from my webiste to other website, i tried pasting my embed: <embed height="352" width="570" flashvars="configXML=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.manipurtv.net%2Fajax%2FgetVideoXml%2F1905&skinXML=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.adultclipdemo.com%2Fajax%2FgetVideoSkinXML" quality="high" name="player" id="player" style="" src="http://www.manipurtv.net/player/new/hdplayer.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"/> on a website but its not working

 

Works for me on FF. What's the isssue? The site is damn slow, took a while to load for me.

 

may i see how you EMBED from www.manipurtv.net , i tried but it does work. please show me.
