Need someone to fix and add some content to my site

    If you visit forexregion.com you will see half completed page.

    1.Insead of menu at the top i wanna create a side bar on the left and move it there, i also want a space for a vertical banner underneath that menu.

    2.I need to create pages for the Tutorials and Faq with a nice content. (can't be copyrighted material)
