    We do not have anyone working for those rates, they are only trial rates

    And yes we do get a lot of crap writers but we easily spot the poor ones and let go of them while increasing the rates for the good ones

    Please do not try and teach us how to run our own business, we know what we are doing and how to filter out crap and find good long term writers

    On another note this is off topic so please stop spamming the thread
