I currently have a vBulletin4 skin that is roughly half finished. Forumhome has been 90% done, Forumdisplay has been 80% done and postbit needs to be started. I have all the PSD designs already coded into HTML/CSS, so its only a matter of coding those into a proper vbulletin skin. My budget is roughly $100-$200 usd via PayPal.
