    Need someone to Enhance Existing web design (PSD) URGENTLY NOW

    I need someone to enhance this design to be more Vibrant and Stunning.
    Attached is the existing design.

    Logo and tagline remains the same.

    I need to see the PSD/JPG version of it in 4 hours time.

    Please contact me if you can complete the PSD/JPGit in 4 hours, starting from the time I posted this.
