Hi I have wallpaper site which i create it maunually by dreamweaver cs 4 and i want somebody who could implement it to php which i could insert all the pictures easily. Nowadays, i insert only one picture with four times of the same pictures bcuz i have 4 resolutions of the picture. So, i need some body who culd edit it and let me insert picture only one time but i got 4 diferent picture sizes. I personally think your budget is too low for this kind of request, basically a simple CMS where you can upload new pictures and update the content of your site...
Well your budget looks low but hey we all are here to help each other. Since its a personal site i don't think a lot of security and UI would go into it.
