need someone to edit a script

    I need this script

    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/stickynote.htm

    to only load once with a unique IP or cookie installation

    so lets say a new user comes to my site and they get that script (a popup) and when they come tomorrow it will not show, until the cookie expires (user set)
