Need someone to edit a banner for me. $5.00

    I need a banner edited. TONIGHT ASAP.


    I need the file to be MAX 65KB. The pixels MUST stay the same.



    I like the banner if somebody could make the file smaller or maybe remove the first frame and leave the 2 at the end that would be FANTASTIC!
