Well, if there's no database, you can simply use the wayback machine to find the page(s) and go "File -> Save Page As". That might work for you
If the site is static (as in, HTML only, no PHP/ASP/whatever), I can get the whole site in less than 5 minutes. Unless they deleted your files as well, and the site is not accessible anymore. Let's discuss price, PM me
