    I need someone who can do niche research.

    Let's say, I give you this topic: "Parenting a teenager"
    and you will do a research and provide me with the following:
    - Top 100 keywords for the niche
    - List of Forums to get involved in to gain forum traffic
    - List of top 10 experts of the niche, with contact information for JV possibilities
    - List of 20 other sites in your niche with ezines and lists for JV possibilities
    - List of Web 2.0 traffic ideas, using myspace, Digg, youtube, etc.
    - List of recommended Affiliate Programs
    - List of Clickbank products to sell
    - List of backend/related products to sell
