The site should be simple enough with celebrity information, picture gallery etc The task includes - Script installation/setup (wordpress? or anything you prefer) - Graphic/Theme design - Content compilation - Photos collection (upto like 20-50) and gallery setup - (I am assuming that you will be following basic SEO principles) This should be straight forward work as there are tons of celeb sites already to get an idea of what needs to be done.
