Need someone to develop good domain, split profits

I have an older domain (7.5 years old) that is just sitting around making very little per day. I want to keep the domain, but I dont have time to do anything with it. I was previously running a wordpress blog with an rss feed generator and making about $2/day on adwords, but the script broke a few months ago and I dont have time to fix it.

So if anyone wants to develop it - you can do anything you want with it other than porn we can split any profit made. Adwords account is setup and ready to go, just need visitor/content.
