Need someone to develop a clone of existing website

    I am looking to hire a programmer who can design and develop a site similar to www.ripoffreport.com. The site should have a section where visitors can post, search and review complaints - the same functions available on that website. Also, the site will need to be coded in PHP/MySQL.
