Buying Need someone to design menu that pops up when cd is inserted

    I don't know what programming language this requires, but basically, when someone inserts my CD, I want a menu to pop up and allowing them to pick what option such as:

    View Manual
    View Video
    etc

    I will provide the design for you and you need to produce the function above.

    how many levels will this have? Like what happens when someone clicks on View manual? is it just one level, where the items are all linked to some files or fodlers? let us know. Thanaks.
