Need someone to customize J-Board script from Combtail

I am in need of a few VERY SIMPLE customizations done to this script:

It works just like a charm, all I need is a few simple changes so I can use it for something other than a job board!

1) I want the word "job" replaced everywhere in the codes and filenames.
2) I want ALL links to be SEO friendly. There is a wiki explaining how to do this and I could make part of the script SEO friendly but not all.
3) I want 3 featured listing options (bold, ontop of others, frontpage). So user pays different prices for each and then each does what is paid for.
4) I want the email hidden and a contact form to be used instead of the email showing as it is now.
5) I would like each listing to show how many views it has received.
6) I would like the admin to be able to change a user to an professional user (allowing that user to post unlimited adverts for free)
7) I would like it if listings could include 1 photo and have the system watermark these photos.
