Need someone to custom modify Photopost on a VB forum

I'm needing some custom modifications made to the Photopost gallery that is installed on my VB forum.

These are the modifications that I need done:

Gallery Modifications:

When you first go into the gallery it should have on top a link to member galleries, just like it does now.
Under that should be a link to "Past contests" this should take you to a page that looks like the main gallery page does now. with a list of all the old contests 20 - 30 to a page.
Then under that on the main gallery page should be links to the 2 or 3 current/active contests. So just like it looks now only with 2 or 3 contests there instead of 30.

So when people go into the gallery, they will see a link to "member galleries"
"past contests"
active contest 1
active contest 2
active contest 3

When a member clicks on one of the active contests during the "submit" stage, they should be taken to the contests page. They should only see their own entries on this page and not be able to see any one elses entries.

Thats it. Then of course the regular stuff like what is already there. like recent uploaded pics and stuff. No change needs to be made here.

When a contest is in the "submit" stage members should only be able to see/edit/delete their own pictures. They should not be able to see anyone elses entries. Of course the admin should still be able to see all entries. I just mean regular users shouldn't be able to see all the entries but should be able to see/delete their own.
This is important because a lot of times members make changes to an entry after submitting it. This will enable them to see thier entry and replace it with a better one if needed.

during the voting stage, members should not be able to see who's picture it is. The name should be hidden or say "classified" or "hidden" That way people dont know who did what pic.
During voting the ratings of pictures should not be displayed either and they should be in random order. This prevents people from knowing what picture is in the lead and prevents them from trying to tamper with the ratings.
People like to wait till the last minute and see what pictures are in the lead, then rate them bad and a different one good to influence the ratings. If the ratings were not displayed and the pictures could not be organized by rating then they would not be able to do this.

Also during voting, when a member uses the "quick rate" instead of the page refreshing and taking them back to the same page it should direct them to the next picture, this will make it a lot easier/faster to rate pictures. So once they hit the "quick rate" it submits their rating and automaticly takes them to the next pic. This should go in a loop until they are back to the first picture that they rated.

Once the rating period is finished the users name should one agian be displayed and the picture should be visable in thier member gallery like it is now. It just needs to be annonymous during voting.
