Requires Photoshop or an equivalent image editor. I can do between 150-250 of these an hour in Photoshop using a couple simple actions and some quick hand polishing. I've already knocked off about 1500 in my spare time, and have about 2500 more to go, I will continue work on another 500 as time allows, and need someone to do up the other 2000 in the mean time. You should average around $2/hour, providing you use an action to resize the thumbs as opposed to doing it all manually, which is how I operate it. Should be roughly an 8-10 hour day of work for a total of $20 USD. I have way too many of these to handle on my own. You need to be able to crop a nice well centered thumbnail, and polish any remaining watermarked text off the thumbnail with the Clone Stamp or Smudge tools so it is crisp and clear on my shop pages.
