Selling Need someone to create two web page for me - $20 pay

I want someone to create me a two web page. That page should include html, css & javascript.
I'll explain a bit here
Page 1: -
See in page 1, I'll need two hide and show menu...within these two menus, there will be 6 and 2 submenus.
These internal 6 & 2 submenus will display content when they are clicked respectively.
You'll also have to give niche background color..and obvious color in menus also...like hover link color etc for identification.

Page 2: -
In page 2...when a certain keyword is pointed with mouse or clicked then a new pop up window will come where I want to put a flowchart...It should be scrollable.

For what you're asking, the price is too low. You're unlikely to get good quality for your money for that amount.

 

I think for what you are asking, a more reasonable price would be atleast $50, even more for a good quality service. Mainly because of the JavaScript you are asking of and the fact it is also on two pages fully coded.
