I have a search engine website that get data from Bing result. I've got complaints everyday about copyright infringement even there's a form about copyright content remove inquiry. What I need is a page explain my website using bing search result and never visit the original content website also not hosting the file. Be advised, some people do this just to be pest, ask them to fill the form if they do not they are just full of crap. You can even ask for further proof maybe even have their lawyer contact you by phone. Hope this suggestion helps
