Need someone to convert site from dynamic to static

I have a client that needs his site converted to static. Their tech did try a while back and got the pages to come up with titles and underscores subtitles etc. but the pages wouldn’t load because the site would not allow custom error messages. It seems to be a problem with their host go daddy and he started working on getting it resolved but quit a couple weeks ago. If this is something you have experience doing, please PM me a brief work history and your best quote to do a job like this. It would also have to be done after selling hours, like after 9pm or so. Thank you.

He wants the whole site converted - the site is here. It is a ProductCart solution...I know when I did the SEO for it that there is an on-site tool to convert the pages, but the directions seemed foreign to me. Probably pretty easy for the right person.

By static, I mean convert all urls from dynamic/php urls to typical static/html-style urls

I think SEF for ASP without custom error pages is not possible. You must change some error pages.

Obviously I am pretty green when it comes to a project like this. If someone out there has the confidence and skill to do the job, either post here or PM me ASAP. My client wants to have this started by the middle of next week.
