Need someone to convert css page to table

I need someone to convert my newsletter I made to a table based layout because it dones't work with in email browsers.

It needs to be done all in tables with inline css styling and no <style> tags in the head.

I don't think its worth $15. Its only a small page with 4 boxes on it.

 

Um why not just slice it up in photoshop and export, takes like 5 mins.

 

Because I don't want my newsletter to be made of images. I want it to be in html with text I can edit.
