Need Someone to Code Stylesheet for PNG File

    I created a layout for someone. I don't have time to create the stylesheet. I need someone to quickly slice this file up and create the stylesheet for this layout. It is used within a certain article application. So some knowledge of PHP is necessary.

    Let me your quote and some links to your past work and I'll email you the files you need. Must be able to accept PayPal.
