Need someone to code a PSD to HTML

    I need someone to code me a PSD into a HTML.

    Basically its a blog page (which I can code it into wordpress) but just dont have time to code it myself into a HTML.

    Basically there is a slider which will show blog post and some simple contact info and some text.

    MY BUDGET: 15-25$

    If someone can help me do this and would like to see my site (in JPG format first) then please PM me if you can help me code it into a HTML for the price of 15-25$.

    I might pay more later on if needed but currently now this is my budget.

    i can do it ,... check my Itrader as i have done a lot of psd to html work on DP .. PM me the preview of the template
