Need someone to code a layout in valid xhtml and css quickly

    I have a design that i need coded into valid xhtml and css today.

    Would need image replacment on the navigation and the design would need to fit and work perfectly on IE and FireFox.

    There is no content area to code just the header and sidebar.

    Price - $50.
