Need someone to code a feedback script for me

I need a feedback script that has these features:

- form sent = redirection to thank you page
- admin area where feedback can be approved or deleted. On approve - feedback appears on site (seperate page).
- possibility to add feedback forms to different sites (so you don't have to install the script on every site you want to have a feedback form on) - all forms managed from one admin panel
- email notification to the administrator whenever feedback has been submitted

I guess that's it.

if you want these function then i will suggest you to use any free guestbook software every guestbook software has all these function

 

I've been looking around, and I've seen hundreds of guestbook scripts, but couldn't find one that lets me put forms on multiple sites and handle all these forms from the same admin area.

If you know of one, please share your knowledge

use viper guestbook. if you are using cpanel with fantisco installed then you can easily install it on you website
