Just a tip, I can do this. But based from that image your page is going to load very slow as it's just going to be one image basically. Really need a work file for this one if you want your fastest possible speed for something like this.

I have had this done already. Just to note it got done for $10 and was complete in like ten mins so anyone who was thinking about charging me $100 must have been joking
