    Dude..u dont have to pay anyone to do this for u....u can do it yourself for FREE :)

    Just use HTTRACK it's free software ...just Google it. It's a website cloning application, u simply enter the URL u want to clone and it will clone the whole site for you. Then u can make whatever tweeks u need done of just pay someone to make the tweeks instead of paying someone to clone the whole site....
