Need someone to clone me a script

    I need a script that looks like the one on http://www.windshields.com/default.aspx under get auto glass quote.

    I can fill out the data myself, year, make, model, prices, etc... I also need to change the price and manage the data.

    If you can do it, let me know how much it will cost me. thanks

    Is this script to be developed from scratch or do you have any website built already & need to built this form functionality on top of it ?

    yes this job is still available. i allready have a website, http://seattlesautoglass.com and i want this script put on http://quote.seattlesautoglass.com so in other words, i guess it has to be made from scratch. It doesnt have to be exactly the way its on windshield.com, it just has to do a similar thing so we can provide our customers with instant windshield quotes.
