Need someone to build a website for one of my clients

I have a client that needs a website built as soon as possible. Here is what they need:

• Ecommerce style site
• Menu/page buttons on left side
• Enlargeable product pictures (click to enlarge)
• Area for client to enter product description
• Options for choosing different sizes for the product page
• Ability to check out using Paypal for all transactions
• Add logo and colors as specified by client
• Installation of website on client's server

Requirements:

• from U.S.
• iTrader of 20 or more
• Have portfolio for me to view
