Need someone to build a site using a Joomla template

    I need someone to set a site up using a Joomla template. There may few tweaks needed in the CSS to change a few things like link colour and what have you. Customization will be very minimal though.

    The header will be provided for.

    I need a quick turnover.

    Please send me your price and turnover time.
