i require someone to build me a simple print job management system , this low budget project.theing that i req.

1.ursers/groung/admin
2.template management for diffrent groups.( diffrent group will have diffrent template could be single or multiple, they have to just fill the form or something like that ex. business card )

in brief to explain user from certain groups will have a template and a form to fill the details , they submit the job then it has to be approved by group admin , then that is processed with details to super admin or watevr ( email /excel format) who prints the jobs .
