Buying need someone to advertise my website

    Hello,
    I am looking for someone who can help advertise my website.
    This is a newly created website for my company which is basically an infrastructure development firm. I wish to have this site advertised on the internet so as to increase my business and gain more clients.
    Along with other advertisments, I would prefer to have this advertised on all social networking sites as well. Also I want the traffic to increase to an extent so that my website is displayed on the first page on search engines when related searches are done.

    If there is anybody who can guarantee traffic increase and good advertisements then please feel free to contact me via pm with your rates. I need only one person so the best offer with the best rates would get the job.
