Buying Need someone to add article to homepage in Wordpress $5

    Hi there I am a newbie to Wordpress and dont know how to do simple things! I need an article on my homepage just below the rating container, please provide link to where you change in backend. Site is top10bestwebhosts.com.au. I also need the CSS on these articles in 2nd menu to be removed, it is not neccessary, only for 1st menu, e.g. http://top10bestwebhosts.com.au/wordpress-web-hosting/

    $5 for both tasks, please let me know if you can help the last guy let me down
