I need a PHPBB forums 301 redirected to forums.site.com The forums are at: 1stsearchenginerankings.com/forums When a request is made for a url such as: http://www.1stsearchenginerankings.com/forums/general-discussion-f1.html Code (markup): It should redirect to: http://forums.1stsearchenginerankings.com/general-discussion-f1.html Code (markup): If you can do this for me please let me know.
Yup its easy but for some reason everytime I try to do it myself I screw it up... most 301 redirects work fine but haven't been able to get this to work... Also it MUST be 301 not php redirect... if it is easy can you do it for me?
I had a guy do this, atleast he tried but it isn't working, he either don't have the time or can't figure it out. I am not blaming him or going to give him bad rep or anything I just need this done... I myself figured out how to get the forums.site.com to work properly but 1stsearchenginerankings.com/forums will not redirect properly to forums.1stsearcjhenginerankings.com if you CAN fix this do let me know asap... I will also need to talk to you via MSN/Gtalk or other messenger.
You mean in the phpbb settings? Sure I already did that... the subdomain works fine, the issue is I NEED the folder files redirected to the subdomain... know what I mean? If you can do this do let me know.
I kind of figured it out... partly... site. A request for: http://1stsearchenginerankings.com/forums/general-discussion-f1.html did bring up the appropriate page however somehow this got added to the end of the url: ?f=1 so it returns: http://forums.1stsearchenginerankings.com/general-discussion-f1.html?f=1 If anyone can figure this out and have it running smoothly I will pay $10 via PayPal.
I need a service rendered and think paying for it will get a better response but if a mod thinks otherwise then by all means move it... it has worked so far
