Need someone that can do mod rewrite and dynamic meta tags

    I have a database driven php script that i would like to make SE friendly.

    1> I need the URLs rewritten to keyword related .html URLs like directory structures.

    2> I need dynamic meta tags for Title, Description and Keywords generated for each page based on the type of page, category its currently displaying.

    NO, its database driven so its dynamic pages, the meta content will need to be pulled from the database.
