The directory looks great. I love the layout and the design. I do not see anything you need to change right now. I would only add new categories when the need arrives. I added a couple of mine to the links.

not bad. I would make the "latest featured links" boxes all the same size. Right now, the title length dictates the height.
yeah good point... my new idea i want to put latest link or refferer link look like the latest featured link that you can see there? so what you think?
