    Hello,

I have a slight problem, you see I play tennis very well and people hire me as a hitting partner for $20 per hour. I usually have 4-6 people per day. Place were I go to play tennis are public courts but like in a nice private area. There are 6 courts and one is reserved for a tennis coach. Yesterday the coach came to me and told me that he wants me to stop playing with this clients or ex-clients. My parents had a talk with him, and he said that I'm taking away very good customers from him since most of my customers are docters and waste money like quarters. After my father had a heated conversation with him today, the coach said that he will allow me to play with my customers in peace if ONLY I pay him $5 per customer that I play for the hour. So I would be making $15 off each customer instead of $20. What I need is some help from anyone here who has knowledge of law that could tell me I would be able to get a legal license to charge people to play with me. I know that what I'm doing at the courts is not legal without having a license, what I need to know is if I could get a license if I'm underage? If I could, then he would have no right over me to take a part of my money.

    Thanks.
    Martin
