Buying Need someone having knowledge of PTC and can build backlinks for me

    Hi,

    I have a forum, based on PTC.

    I need someone who has good knowledge on PTC to do following:

    1. Get me list of all PTC sites OR PTC related sites.
    2. Spread my website links to the site list created and build more backlinks.
    3. Approach various PTC site webmasters and get me permission to do email campaign to their members.

    PM me with your suggestions / critique on above along with time & cost implementations.
