Need someone good with photoshop

    Hey,
    I am currently having a website designed for my company, but run into some snags along the way, and I some things done very quickly.
    The first thing is our logo. It is 99percent finished, but needs some quick touches. Also, it is set on a white background, and it will be going on a black one. We would like to give the image a slight Red 'glow' or something similar to help it stand out.

    The second thing we need is a custom Border/frame designed, with our custom colors. Something cool and unique, but professional, as we would like to place this on our business cards, website, and our company stickers.
