Buying Need someone good with photoshop for quick job

    Hey everybody, I need someone who is good with photoshop or photo editing for a small job. I have a picture that is about 38x38. It says something on it but the picture is too tiny to read what it is. I need someone with photo editing skills to "decipher" what it says for me. I'll pay $5 for this job (via paypal). Please PM me if you can do this.
