Buying Need someone good with illustrator or other vectoring software

    Hey Guys,

    I need an image converted to vector. It's my high school graduation photo. I want it converted to vector (you'll need to add in legs, since it's cut off just a little below the waste, so hope you can do that) so that I can use it for brandability purposes. (Think essurance cartoons. Just like those cartoons, it doesn't have to have a lot of colors, 6-10 I would say is a good amount.
