Need somebody to create a template from this site...

    I need somebody to copy that site and turn it into a template where, obviously i can change the colors, so it will need to be in validated w3c xhtml/css and also allow me to change the image on the background to whatever I want (so basically make it a background image.

    Please quote your price, and turn around time.
